The second "Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship"  festival of the University of Tehran at the same time with "Mostasfa Andisheh ha " International Conference was held in International Conference Center of IRIB in Mehe 10th , and a group of officials and Domestic and foreign scholars attended this festival.   
It must be pointed out that the festival's Secretariat has gotten 350 plans from centers, universities and people from all over the country. In the first stage of arbitration, 150 plans were chosen and in the second stage of arbitration, 12 plans were chosen. At the end and in the third stage of arbitration and by interviewing with the selected plans' owners, 5 of them were chosen as the best plans.
In this ceremony, the winners of the festival were appreciated; their names are as follows:
•The first place of innovation in the modern science and technology group was given to research center of the modern technologies in biology engineering of the University of Tehran with "Micro bio reactor instrument" plan. 
•Dr. Seyed Mohammadali Sharif Sheikholeslami with "usage of nanotechnology in improving properties of Carbon based composites" plan could gain the second stage of Technology Entrepreneurship in the innovation in the modern science and technology group.
•Engineer, Heydar Bahmani by presenting the "Controlling and inhabiting the oil wells" plan, was succeeded to gain the first stage in Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship in technology and engineering group.
•The third stage of innovation in technology and engineering group was given to Basirat Strategic Studies institude which presented the "Identification using retinal" plan. 
•Dr Abbas Saeedi with "Biotechnological ways to determine the characteristics of FHB and biological inhibition and developing the varieties of wheat resistant in Iran" plan, was succeeded to gain the second stage in Agricultural and Veterinary group.
