The Science and Technology Park of the University of Tehran in regard to development of better scientific workings and creating theory schools is trying to establish the first Theory school as a part in the Think Tank of innovation. In doing so, in mehr 27th of 1389, the first scientific and working meeting was held in the Think Tank office with the presence of Dr. Rasool Javaheri and Dr. Hossein Javadi and professors of Physics faculty and a group of Think Tanks' experts. Hossein Javadi is the founder of CPH theory in the universe and Dr. Rasool Javaheri is the discoverer of the newest properties of the quarks as the source of nuclear energy. In this meeting, 3 methods and 3 models which will have a lot of moral, scientific and industrial achievements, were discussed.
