Preface
Preserving technology-related research findings of the country's researchers and intellectuals, preserving the intellectual property of inventions made available by inventors, and commercialization of functional research studies from the industry to the university have always been taken into consideration by the industry and the university's policy-makers and decision-makers. Effective communication between universities and research centers on the one hand and the industry and relevant sectors of the society on the other, empowerment of the non-governmental sectors for participation in the production of knowledge and technology, and achieving the advanced technologies required by the country emphasized in the country's fifth Development Program Outlook won't be possible without providing purposeful material and spiritual support to the country's inventors and scientists through offering help for the commercialization of their research findings.
